Who are we?
We are a revolving fund named Fondo para el Desarrollo de Recursos Humanos (FIDERH) managed by the Central Bank of Mexico.
Our Mission
To offer affordable loans to Mexican students to finance graduate studies, either in Mexico or abroad.
We offer tailor made loans

Up to $200,000 pesos annually to study abroad.

Any University.

9 to 36 month programs.

Tuition, living expenses or medical insurance are covered.

Applicable to current graduate students.

We support six main areas: Engineering and Technology, Natural Sciences, Social Sciences and Business, Humanities, Health, and Agriculture.

No payments and no interests during studies.

Students receive the money in foreign currency and pay back in Mexican pesos.

Start paying one year after graduation.
- 10 year student loans.
- Interest payments are discounted if students pay on time and work in Mexico.
- Interest payments are forgone if students work on a Mexican university as a researcher or professor.
Applicant Profile

Mexican citizen.

Bachelor’s degree (8/10 average).

Knowledge of a second language.

Unconditional offer of acceptance from a University.
